Gronsedt Technology is established in China with the first trade offices in Hong Kong and Shanghai

2008
Taicang Gronsedt Technology Co., Ltd. is established and the first factory in Taicang Jiangsu province opens. Gronsedt Technology establishes a trading and import company in Denmark.

2011
A new factory opens in Jiangsu specializing in the manufacture of stainless steel structures and components. Later that year, another new machine assembly plant opens, with strong capabilities in mechanical, electrical and pneumatic assemblies.

2012
China's operations and management are centralized in the Jiangsu factories.

2013
ISO 9001:2000 certification by SGS.
State-of-the-art glassblowing facility for stainless steel surface treatment is added to the production facility.

2014
The real estate company VXA APS is established and the first investments are made in a European headquarters and distribution centre in Kalundborg, Denmark.

2016
The company is reorganized into 2 main business units; building materials and component manufacturing for industry. The building materials brand GTBUILD is established.

2019
Opening of a new central warehouse and distribution center in close proximity to the 3 current factories.

2020
Gronsedt Technology (MEA) LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates - Sharjah, covering the Middle East and Africa.

2021
Establishment of one additional factory in China specializing in long aluminium building profiles, bringing the number to 4 factories each with unique production/assembly capabilities in Taicang - China. Largest CNC bending machines are added to the machine park with a bending force of 320 tons and bending products up to 4000 mm in length.

2022
Rebranding of the company handling aluminum and stainless steel components and structures to GTINDUSTRY. Gronsedt Technology now has 2 main business units, GTBUILD and GTINDUSTRY.

2024
Production in China is gathered in a 10,000m2 factory.

2024
Expansion with 750m2 new warehouse in Kalundborg.
